Our wild game birds are rich, mellow and very easy to cook. They come fully kitchen ready, so there's no plucking or preparation. Game birds make a delicious, low-cholesterol alternative for everyday meals, and they're great for dinner parties too
Our wild hare is rich in flavour and a deep mahogany in colour. It looks superb on the plate, and is widely regarded as one of the finest types of game. Our hare is hunted only in areas where there is an environmental need to do so.
