Our gourmet pork roasts taste sweet, moist and succulent, because all our pork comes from 'Freedom Food' farms where the animals are treated with care and respect. And the crackling comes up crisp and delicious, just like the old days.
We only use the finest ingredients in our delicious gourmet sausages, like prime 'Freedom Food' pork, a dash of seasoning, and all-natural skins. They're specially mixed to keep a wonderful coarse texture too - delicious for breakfast, brunch or dinner.
Our gourmet bacon is made from finest quality pork and dry-cured by hand for a less salty flavour. Then it's smoked over beechwood to give it a real old fashioned taste - simply delicious in a bacon sarnie.
These flavoursome Swiss hams are from traditional breeds of free range pigs. Lightly smoked for a fantastic flavour, they're the perfect size for two or three to share, and can be enjoyed hot or cold.

Our tasty pork burgers are made in-house under the supervision of our head butcher. They're prepared from 100% pure Freedom Food pork - the off-cuts from our own pork chops, steaks and roasting joints - with nothing else added, not even salt or pepper.
These gourmet pork steaks are succulent and tender, with a sweet, delicious flavour that can only come from traditional rearing. We care about animal welfare, so all our gourmet pork comes from RSPCA 'Freedom Food' accredited farms.
