2 Lemon Sole
Fillets

Preheat the oven to 190ºC/375ºF/Gas 5. Arrange the
Lemon Sole Fillets in a well-buttered oven-proof casserole
dish. Sprinkle the Fish with salt and pepper; pour marsala
over it and dot with the remaining butter. Serve topped with pats of parsley butter. Serve with rice timbales |
