Our wild Scottish fish are hand-selected for us by our
expert buyers. They pick the best off the boat for us, which we
then cut to the same high standards as our meat, and shock-freeze
to help preserve the delicate texture and ocean-fresh
flavour.

Our fish range
includes luxurious white fish, Scottish 'Freedom Food' salmon,
traditional smoked fish and oily fish that taste fantastic and are
a healthy choice.
Wild White Fish
It's the firm, pale flesh and delicious ocean-fresh taste that make
fish like Cod, Haddock, Halibut and Monkfish so popular. Working
closely with Scotland's oldest fishing families, we're proud to be
able to bring you some of the finest - hand-selected by our expert
buyers and guaranteed all legally caught within EU quotas.
Salmon
Our Salmon Steaks and Salmon Fillets are RSPCA 'Freedom Food'
approved, which means the salmon are raised in near wild
conditions, in Scottish sea lochs. They have a fresh, light flavour
and a firm texture that's very similar to wild salmon.
Our smoked salmon is prepared from the finest Scottish fish. It's
gently smoked over oakwood, including chips form 'The Macallan'
distillery in Speyside. The quality is fantastic, so you're
guaranteed to impress your guests.
Smoked Fish
Our Speciality smoked fish from Scotland includes Smoked Mackerel,
Smoked Haddock and traditional Arbroath Smokies. They're all
prepared with age-old techniques for the finest flavour, and a
wonderful texture.
Oily Fish
Fish like Herring, Mackerel and Salmon are full of
flavour, and they can help keep your heart healthy too. Oily fish
contain the essential nutrient Omega-3, which is thought to prevent
heart attacks and strokes. That's why leading heart associations
recommend eating fish like these at least once a week. And because
