We get a surprising number of requests for this unusual cut, from customers who are obviously 'in the know'. Pork Belly has rich seams of fat that impart an irresistible savoury flavour, and incredibly tender, succulent meat. And the crackling comes up crisp and tasty with a real snap to it - just like the good old days. A great way to cook Pork Belly is to slow-roast in a low oven for around 3 -4 hours - it won't overcook or dry out. All our pork is sourced from RSPCA accredited 'Freedom Food' farms.
