Simply cut into rounds and fry in a little oil for a satisfying and unusual brunch - real foodies will have a field day. Haggis Pudding - made by MacSween of Edinburgh, it is regarded as one of the best in Scotland. It has a lovely crumbly texture, a good meaty taste and well balanced spices, thanks to the finest ingredients, including locally milled oatmeal, and the MacSweens own family recipe. Black Pudding - Produced in Stornoway by a small family firm on the Isle of Lewis, our black pudding is very delicately spiced and has very natural flavours. White Pudding - less well known, this delicious pudding is packed with moist onions and lightly seasoned.
